Atlanta Irrigation Companies

Once you have your new irrigation system installed or your existing system repaired, you might consider investing in an annual maintenance contract. Not only would this give you inspections of your system by an irrigation professional but typically includes winterization and spring activation along with adjustments and controller programming. Just like maintaining your home or vehicle, this small investment could pay off big in the long run.

Atlanta Irrigation Repair

To prevent damage to your irrigation system and lower your overall irrigation costs, establish a maintenance schedule with a reputable irrigation company in Atlanta. At a minimum your system should be winterized, activated in the spring as well as inspected in the spring for any repairs or adjustments that need to be made. In most cases you also save over having winter and spring service done separately, in addition to discounts if repairs are necessary.

Irrigation Winterization

Ok so the frost line in the south is what 1-2" at the MOST in north Georgia. Last year I didn't winterize my own irrigation system and had 7" of snow south of Atlanta when the mountains had none. There were issues in the spring. So my advice to you is..if you know anything about weather in Georgia you know you never know what you are going to get. Be safe & winterize your system. Either take an air compressor (no more than 50 psi) and blow out the lines or you could shut off the water supply, and run the system until it's dry (remembering it won't be completely dry without blowing it out)....unplug your controller to prevent damage from surges etc. If you have a maintenance plan for your irrigation system, and you should, this should be included.

Irrigation Repair & Maintenance

If you've considered a maintenance arrangement for your irrigation system for repairs, etc., this is the time to give it some further thought. You can get your system properly shut down for winter as well as get your system checked and started in the Spring if you agree to a maintenance agreement now. My maintenance special is $169 if you are a new client or $150 if your an existing client. Just give IG a call at the office (770) 461-1776.

Irrigation Repair & Maintenance

You've heard me say before you should take care of your irrigation system just like you do a car so you get more life out of it. The best way to do that is the participate in an irrigation maintenance agreement where you get inspections, reduce costs on repairs and winterization as well as spring start-up. Homeowners Associations: Irrigation Systems

With the cooler temps we've seen of late, many of us are getting a taste of the beautiful Georgia fall that is coming. So your HOA spent money sprucing up your neighborhood entrance and maintain it with landscape maintenance. What about the irrigation system. Now is the time to consider getting an irrigation maintenance agreement where for a flat annual fee your irrigation system will be shut-down properly and started up properly as well as check on for any issues. If you've never considered an irrigation maintenance agreement, there's no time like to present...like changing the oil in your car...it will give your irrigation system more longevity.
